The rooms were very clean with the exception of one thing-it had an awful odor-probably from someone smoking a cigar in it. Should have been taken care of before anyone else checked in to that room. When I approached the staff, I was given room deodorizer. When I approached the staff again a couple days later I was brushed off like it was no big deal. It was a big deal-the odor blasted you every time you entered the room. I would have rated them higher if they would have showed some concern or attempt to offer me an alternative. Otherwise, hotel is well kept. Good location-quiet.

Stayed for 2 nites -- room very clean,beds comfortable,staff was wonderful & very accomodating ... quiet area off International Dr...would stay here anytime & recommend it to anyone .... Sea World tickets a plus.

Great Staff - kids loved pool - breakfast bagels, doughnuts, sausage, biscuits, ceral, fruit juice, hard boiled eggs - clean rooms - within 8min walk to Wet-N-Wild - soveniers & eating 5 min walk - hotels on Intl. Dr over rated - This hotel is just off Intl Dr. - about 7min drive to Universal - Shuttle to Universal 3x day there & about 4x back. Have to make reservations for shuttle it's not run by hotel. I-4 2 blocks away gives access to Disney & Sea World - wish rooms had micro & fridge. All in all you'll be happy with hotel & location. I would stay there again

The hotel was clean and quiet, the staff was courteous, the pool was nice, and the continental breakfast was much better than most other hotels I've been in.

We stayed her Oct 2004 and was our first trip to Florida. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were of a high standard and cleaned thoroughly daily. We enjoyed our stay so much, we wanted to book again for this year. Unfortunately the hotel is all booked up! Shuttle service to attractions also first rate! Definitely recommend.
