The location was convenient to the airport, and the personnel were nice. But the musty odors everywhere were awful. Anyone with any kind of breathing problem could not stay there.

If a manager shows great treatment to employees. I'm certain that the staff will share that happiness with the guest.Making the stay more pleasent for the guest. I can not imagine how bad must feel for a employee at the front desk to know that they have a hard job to face the guest with there complains and managment not be in the best or profesional behavior..

This hotel was more or less what I expected. It was clean, quiet and had a considerate staff. The shuttle they advertise goes only to the airoport and a shuttle to Marine land is 35 dollers each way! so rent a car and have quaters ready for the tolls. The trip to Marine land is about 15 minutes. You get what you pay for and the musty smell is just emdemic of florida hotels. The free breakfast was nice but not like the IHOP or anything.

made selection after reading reviews. Service was excellent and courteous. Room was large and clean and quiet. They give you a full complimentary breakfast that was wonderful. We would stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was great! The staff was wonderful. We liked staying here because it was away from the Orlando scene but close enough to drive to all the parks in about 15 min. I should say that when the breakfast bar was stocked it was awesome! There was a few large groups there that weekend. However, there was 3 employees behind the service desk chatting away while the 1 lady tried to restock food, clean tables, restock supplies and empty trash. Someone should have been helping her! The pool and rooms were very clean. The rooms are very spacious.

Upon arrival found the staff very friendly and helpful answering questions on where places in Orlando were and how to get there. The hotel and rooms were spotless. I would recommend Amerisuites too all.
