This hotel is outstanding top to bottom. I declined the initial request to meet to discuss my "welcome package" and asked the desk clerk to indicate I did not wish to receive requests to be sold on time shares. I did not receive another message. Hotel itself is outstanding! Spacious rooms, (stayed in 2 bedroom ), daily maid service, huge beautiful pools and well kept grounds. Has everything you need onsite. Only wish we were at the hotel longer as we spent most of the time at the parks. Great and accomodating staff!

I was amazed that the resort grounds actually looked like the pictures on the website. The people were absolutely wonderful and they gave you a lot of perks that came in handy financially. Eveything is at your leisure and they help you coodinate whatever you want. The people were the best and I would definitely stay here again for the price. One of the best resorts and I have traveled around the world!!

This is with out a doubt one of the nicest places that we have stayed while in Orlando; It is near EVERYTHING and the staff provided the best directions for getting around. This place is very clean and quiet. We will return again. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!!!

Our family travels often and have stayed at several hotel chains-Not only has Sheraton become a favorite of ours, this particular one had exceptional rooms. We will definetely stay again.

I am a college student that stayed on the property during Spring Break. The resort was Great! The only complaint is that the walls are thin. Definetly not a place for noisey Spring Breakers! If any students need a place to relax during Spring Break, This is the place for You!!!

Very nice place, but the only problem i had was that my room did not look like the one one in the pictures. They didn't explain that we will be staying in the old villas instead of the newly renovated ones up for sale. So when booking make sure you ask will the rooms be the same as shown on pictures.

We really enjoyed our stay. It wasn't fancy, but was nice and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The staff was helpful. We attended the timeshare meeting. They were polite and not pushy. All in all, a delightful vacation visit.

Surprisingly quick check in for a timeshare property. The condition of the grounds, pool & rooms makes this a little more upscale than the other Vistana Resort in town (although, not quite as much to do as the other). Rooms are huge and in good condition. We stayed as 'hotel guests' and our room was made up daily. One down note though, noise from upstairs is a problem (footsteps, jacuzzi, music).

After we had checked out and reached the airport we had relized we had forgoton some items in our room. We called the hotel and within 15 min. they had retrieved our items and are sending them in the mail. With no questions asked. They were great!

This hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. My boyfriend actually brought me here by surprise and it was the best experience I ever had. The jacuzzi in the room was fantastic and the scenary and serenity was unimaginable! I would stay here anytime. I fell more in love with the love of my life ;)

Stayed in Orlando and the units were very spacious with a nice kitchen. The big turn off was that they knew we booked through a third party and therefore stuck us in the oldest part of the facility. The rooms, pool, and general public areas were built in the 70's and never updated. To top it off the water pipes broke in the unit next to us. Not what I expected from Sheraton.

Our 2-bedroom villa was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The beds were comfy and the villa was quiet. We stayed in The Keys, a new section of the complex. The grounds are very beautiful and picturesque. Enjoyed the three pools and 2 hot tubs. Only complaints: bad lighting at bathroom mirrors, and very lengthy time-share sales pitch. It's not required, though, but discounted theme park tickets are an incentive. Wished there was a restaurant on site; just a mini-market/deli-type cafe. Service from everyone was very good. Overall, thought it was a great place to stay!

We stayed at the Sheraton Vistana with three children, ages 23, 21, and 16. We stayed in a two bedroom unit. It was roomy and comfortable for everyone. We loved having a kitchen with all the amenities. The location of the property is excellent, just 15 minutes in any direction to the major theme parks. The only downside was the sporatic pool hours, they were posted as 10 am - 1 am, but it was never open passed 10 pm. Also, the pool was often closed for no lightening, but was during times when there was not a cloud in the sky.

The Sheraton Vistana Villages was the most awesome hotel. The space was larger than my apartment! It was kept very clean. Service was exceptional. I will stay there again when in Orlando.

The room is nicely decorated, service staff very helpful. Only negative is the weak refrigerator and the room not really insulated from noises coming from the next room.

If you don't like cigarette smoke, don't stay here. All are time share/condo units, and the "owners" all have the right to smoke within. I called because I did not know this until after I booked; "did their best" to find a non-smoking unit, but they let me down. Pull out sofa not so comfy, but master (king) very comfy. Otherwise, a good bargain for the price. Good location, nice layout of the grounds. Did not eat there.

We just got back from a disappointing stay at Sheraton Vistana Villages. We arrived and checking was speedy. When we entered the one bedroom villa we where disappointed at how small it was. The kitchen was advertised as a full kitchen but it had a micro fridge and the stove had only two burners. The housekeeping staff did a lousy job of keeping up with the towels and cleanning up.

This trip was business/family vacation. Likedkitchen area. We were at the Falls. OLD! The web pictures that impress you are the villas on the OTHER side - I guess the timeshare villas. Looked like a apartment from the 80s. Old carpet, deck flooded, lizard and bugs in room! Didn't want my child on the floor! Beware of "package waiting for you" message. Timeshare pitch. Not worth the standard rate without a discount. I had read this in a review and tried to request another villa, but they said that they don't assign them until you arrive - of course!

We loved the Vistana Villages. The room was spacious and big enough for four. My son loved the recreation area. The fitness centers were great. We loved the main pool. SO much to offer, beautiful rooms-granite and jacuzzi and well groomed grounds, excellent service, close to Disney and Universal -we will go again. You should too!!

We loved our stay at the Vistana Villages. Our 4 year old could have spent the whole week never leaving the resort. Thank you for the activities for the children.

The accomodations were awesome. They definetely exceeded our expectations. The only recommendation I would have is that if you are travelling without small children you may want to see if you can get a place where they are not living above you. We travelled with two two year olds and a ten month old and the guests beneath us complained about the noise they made. This made it uncomfortable for me because I was constantly trying to keep tolldler quiet and anyone who has toddlers will understand how difficult that is.

The rooms were a pleasant surprise. We saw the pictures on the web site but assumed they were really just pictures of a suite on sight. Our room was a one bedroom but large enough for my wife, myself and our two teenage boys. At the "guest services" counter (really a place to talk you into a timeshare appointment) they asked us if our room needed anything. A lightbulb came eto mind and they replaced it within minutes. The timeshare appointment was the only disappointment about this hotel. It was supposed to last 90 minutes and although we were not interested they kept us there for 3 hours.

We loved our stay at the Sheraton Vistana Suites. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The pools and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very accommodating. This was the 2nd time we have stayed there and will definitely be back.

Our 2 bedroom villa was spacious especially MBR with large jacuzzi. We did have a problem with room not clean after housekeeper cleaned but this was immediately corrected. Staff was very attentive to needs. Check in/out very fast and easy. Would recommend this resort and definitely stay here again!!

We had a nice stay but the room was dirty(carpet and entrance)The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for 2 adults and four children.We called the desk and they did send a welcome basket and appology note for dirty room.After we got home we called about items we left behind and recieved no help whatsoever in getting my sons dental headgear and some swim gear returned.I will stay again because we enjoyed the location and spacious room.Very large facility so I understand problems we had.Vistana is better than most hotels I've stayed at.

My family was VERY,VERY happy with our 6 day stay. The room was nicely decorated,very clean,centrally located,courteous and professional staff..The only issue we had was with the smell/taste of the water. We strongly recommend drinking bottled water in this area...We would go back again..The staff was awesome as well...

Our 2 BR condo was in the fountains. It was large and decorated well in a 3 star manner. The maid service was awesome. We were almost dissappointed that we never got called for a time share tour. The grounds were attractive, nicely wooded, but confusingly laid out. It was difficult to find the pools. The store was well stocked and open late. Room service was reasonable and timely. The rooms had three large tvs and lots of channels, good for surfing after a long park day. My mom enjoyed the hot tub bath in the master. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

We stayed only one night at Vistana Villages after a cruise but wished that we could have stayed longer. The room we stayed in was only 3 weeks old and was super nice. This is a nice place for a family or two families/couples. It's not too far from Disney and other theme parks. I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation.
