Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Just wish it had a full restaurant as part of it. Considering how close it is to the airport it was pretty quiet. I'd stay there again.

we stayed one night at the hotel. just to be close to the airport for an early morning departure. Check in was fine. My biggest complaint was that the room smelled so bad of smoke all my clean close had to be washed when I returned home. My parents room smelled even worse of smoke. made me gag when I walked into their room. I should have had a choice of non smoking.
Comfortable for one night's stay - posted on 01/26/2007
We arrived early and the front desk clerk gave us a room so that we could rest. The morning staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds are old and worn as was the room so renovation is new. Good value for the price and the airport shuttle is a plus.

It did have that hotel smell but it was to bad...the room wasn't gross or anything...pretty comfortable. the breafast was good and that staff was nice but the front desk people (excluding the rental car guy) weren't very friendly. the waffle house next door was the BEST!!!

Avoid this nasty facility. Upon turning down our bed we found that the sheets had not been changed and we had "proof" to carry to the front desk. Their answer was to give us new sheets so that we could remake the bed. The carpets were so dirty that we would not go barefoot. Thankfully we had fresh towels in our car that we brought into our room. The hallways smell stale and musty.

We stayed one night at the Best Western Airport Inn upon arrival to Orlando. It took us around 10 minutes from the airport. They had plenty of free parking. Both rooms were upgraded from a two queen room to a two queen suite! It had a microwave, fridge, coffee maker,iron/ironing board, compimentary continental breakfast and the rooms had a sleeper sofa. Very roomy and comfy and right next door to a 24 hour Waffle House! I highly reccommend this place.

Well we were leaving the next morning at 6:45 so we spent the night here. Airport shuttle is a plus along with wireless internet. I am writing this review from my room! Friendly Staff!

hotel old w/some smells in halls. Quiet overall and good staff although all questions were referred to and answered by only one of them. Shuttle service is only once to pick you up and once to drop you off at airport. Otherwise it cost you $7. per trip to airport.

Close to the Airport, yet only minutes from attractions. Rooms were very clean. Very convenient to have a Car Rental inside the lobby. Saved time and money on attraction tickets at Guest Service Desk. Overall a very pleasant and convenient stay. Highly recommended.

Rooms were clean, but no place to eat close by. Waffle house closed, and we had no transport elsewhere.
OK for 1 night - posted on 12/17/2005
Hotel didn't seem clean. We needed a place to stay one night and it was OK. But the blankets were ratty and I was itching all night from them. The bed was uncomfortable and soft and needed to be replaced. For booking on line it included a free upgrade to the suite... ha. It was a standard looking room with an extra sink, small fridge, and a sofa. Not what I would expect from a suite. But hey we paid around $x for the room- you get what you pay for. Again- for a night to get in and out of the airport it's fine

Hotel had a smell in halls and rooms. Requested room switch, told there were no rooms. Bathroom very dirty, shower head had pink bacteria film on it. Had to clean it myself. Hotel restricts towel use. Never had this experience before. First and last time at Best Western for me.

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend and the location was great. The room is like it's shown in the pictures and very roomy. Asked for extra towels to be left in room and only 3 are allowed. Thought that was kind of silly. Breakfast was decent and place was clean. Would recommend to others.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for spring break and it was a very nice hotel. It was close enough to all the orlando attractions but yet far enough away from the congestion. The rooms were very clean and updated. The continental breakfast was nice also. I would recommend this hotel.
Wouldn't Stay Again - posted on 01/28/2005
We booked this room because it was close to the airport and would be quick for an early flight. The room itself was clean, but the sheets had a funny smell and has burn holes in them. The first room didn't have working heat. They also didn't give us our wake-up call on time. It was 1/2 late. The one thing I did like was that the for the free cont. breakfast, they have waffle makers so you can make yourself a waffle.

Customer Service is lacking. Hotel could/would not provide pillows for our child. Airport shuttle was unavailable during running times, and we ended up paying for a taxi. Management did not try to solve our problems.
