Got this online according to reviews. The stay was great except for one thing: THEY NEED TO MOVE THE COFFEE MAKER OUT OF THE BATHROOM!!!! (Excrement always get aerosolized when you flush).

The design of the hotel is great, as is the service. The only problem is the fact that the rooms have no fridges or microwaves - even budget hotels have these, why can't a $200 a night hotel? Other than that it was just right.

This was the best place for adults wanting to get away from kids. The top floor which is only accessible to adults, was extremely quiet and private. WONDERFUL HOTEL!! Would stay here again!!!!

I have traveled to Orlando many times and stayed at many hotels but this by far has been the BEST! I will stay there everytime i go to Orlando. The staff is friendly, rooms are wonderful and the food is great!

We enjoyed this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms comfortable, the hotel attractive, and at times it felt like we were the only ones staying here. Guess we were lucky to hit it at a quiet time. We particularly enjoyed having the entire pool to ourselves and the music at the pool. It made a very relaxing end to our Florida vacation.

The Crown Plaza Hotel touts the "Quiet Zone" which is the penthouse floor. The nice thing about it is that you have breakfast and cocktails in your own lounge on the floor. The bad thing is that the room walls were EXTREMELY THIN. I heard everything going on in the next room, to include passing gas, sneezing, telephone conversations. I couldn't believe they were touting this as a "quiet zone." It should have been touted as the NOISE zone.

Had a Concierge Level Room, which is only on 1(top) fl. of 10 fl. hotel. Listed a 'quiet' floor, clean room, they went WAY out of their way to make all aspects of sleep comfortable, free eye mask, a sleep cd, 6 huge pillows, etc. Pool and rec. room kind of small, but clean and nice. Could use a sports bar;

Is a hotel I have stayed at before and will continue to use in the future. Great location for the airport and very easy to get to the Orlando attractions.

The hotel staff were very nice. The pool was filthy and fill of bugs and leaves and other junk It looked like it had not been vacuumed in a long time. Our tub did not drain
