The room was fantasic and had a spectacular veiw. The staff was very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Faboulous room service refused tip. Late check out A++

Had an awful experience with a manager. Good location. Not much to do at hotel. Other hotels in area are nicer and have better amenietes. Decor is hollywood-ish with a retro puke tilt. Remines me off a bad 50's cafe that is dirty and has rude managers. There is a "NO-CAN-DO" attitude among management.

My exsperience at the shearton was horrible. The carpets were dirty. The bathroom was extremly small and the curtains had mold on it. The bed was very comfortable. I guess you pay for what you get.

We had a great stay! Our room was large, very clean and modern, with a fun hollywood decor! Great view. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Very close to Universal and all types of restaurants and activities. Fitness room had nice, new equipment. The lobby area is not large, but nicely decorated with hollywood theme. Free shuttle to Universal.

every thing about this hotel was great except the very dirty carpets in the room which left our white socks black. Tha hotel was very conviniantly located near Universal Studios and a variety of factory outlet store, as well as easy acccess to Interstate I-4 to Disney, and mant restaurants.

This place is horrible. The rooms are not clean, smell musty, and have bugs galore. We left within 30 min. of checking in. The $$ lost was worth the nice stay elsewhere.

Very pleasant stay. Upgraded to Club Level(gold SPG member) which was a pleasant surprise. Club lounge is open 7 days a week, most are closed weekends so this was an added bonus. Rooms were very clean, the lobby area does show age but overall the hotel is clean. Did not visit the pool. Breakfast buffet was good as were appetizers at night.Friendly staff. Will stay here again.

Hotel is run down. Saw a cockroach by the food/pool bar. Pool is dirty and you have to ask them to clean it. The building blocks the sun at the pool until after noon time. They do NOT shuttle to the Disney parks, just Universal. The fitness ctr consists of 4 machines only, no weights. Room service food is mediocre at best. Rooms are fine. If you complain about anything they credit you 15.00 to make you happy. The activities desk always trys to get you to tour a condo. Very close to Wet n Wild, IHOP for b-fast.

For its age, this is a top-notch hotel - extremely clean room; nice location to attractions & shop & restaurants. Would be better if provide a fridge, for we have infant. Definitely will stay here again nxt time in town & do recommend this hotel to others.

The FREE HOTEL SHUTTLE will NOT take you where you need to go when you need to go! Do NOT let them lie to you! The management at this hotel is horrible. Still trying to resolve dispute in regards to THIER mistake. Sheraton does not care either! Stay away from this one at all costs!

My boyfriend and I stayed here. Fun hotel! The location was great for Universal! There is a very spooky haunted house next to the hotel!!!!!
