The Villas of Grand Cypress in Orlando Florida

My husband, daughter and I arrived on 12/28/04 for 5 nights. Check in was swift. The condo was very clean but clearly in need of a total update which the bellman told us was going to begin after the new year. Upon turning on the light in the kitchen, ROACHES were everywhere! My husband called the front desk and a person brought a can of roach spray. Not good. The maid service seemed to be available anytime. It was SO quiet and peaceful you would never know you were in Orlando until you left the resort. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was so nice to get away, with the rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful. I would have family and friends stay with us again.

we spent two nights there-- a romantic weekend trip. everything was fine until we woke up and there was a snake on the mini bar...ewww! other than that it was fine, if you don't mind creatures that slither around for god knows how long.....
