love the suite style - posted on 04/10/2006
we went on vacation with 2 kids. Love the suite style for privacy. Can relax in the living room while kids sleep. breakfast was good, needs more fruits. Close to airport for early flight out. Did not eat there, so don't know about dinner. Everything was clean. Did not hear any airplane noise at night, was gone daytime. Had A/C going so I can't say. Would return for sure. If you want close to Disney, this is not it. the hotel says "airport" for a reason.
just ok, could be better - posted on 03/22/2006
I think that if you can drink your weight in alcohol and/or eat your weight in breakfast, than this hotel is perfect... otherwise it is way to expensive ($*/night) for what you get. These are my complaints: *Noise from planes can be hear in rooms day/night *Shuttle driver was kind of rude, and complained about driving us *Not close to Disney or Universal Overall the hotel was clean, but unless i got a really good price i wouldnt stay here again

Im a pilot and spend alot of time in hotels, some better than others. The Embassy Suites in Orlando is one of the better ones I've stayed at on a moments notice. The price was the best I could find for this level of comfort and convenice.
Too noisy! - posted on 09/27/2005
This hotel was close to the airport and rental car facilities so it was easy to get to. The interior decor is typical of Embassy Suites. A little drab but certainly clean and maintained. The biggest problem with this hotel is that there is no insulation in the walls between the rooms. I could hear the people in the rooms next door talking. Breakfast is complimentary because no one would pay for the incredibly bad food. The room service food was bad too. Service was good.
