The desk clerk was RUDE and unaccomodating... both on check in and out. The room was awful, ants, dirty sheets, broken and moldy tiles in the bathroom, spiderwebs in the curtians... I would not let my dog stay there......

Served its purpose of being Centrally located bed for my trip. Only Fast food nearby. Shower head was only about five feet above the tub; I was clean from my chest down until we went to the pool. Salt rings around both pools and the water was just unbearably salty. TV stations barely came in. No extra pillows anywhere. Good little cont.breakfast Call ahead; check cost, if pool is usable and if the pillows came in. If you are looking to stop in, crash, grab a lil grub, and leave in the morning, this is perfect. If you are on vacation, look on I-drive for a real hotel

Was not impressed with this hotel. Stayed just 1 night only & then moved on to another. Room dirty & smelly. Saw a cockroach. Don't waste your money here!

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It was filthy, especially the bathroom. They promise wireless internet, but it never worked. Not a very good area of town. Need to avoid!!!

This hotel was decent and looks like it has been renovated. The staff was very imformative and nice. The hotel is right next to I-4 which was great. Universal was only 5 minutes away. Overall this place got a B+

This hotel is in a great location. Easy to get on and off the highway. Located by downtown which was great for me. Sylvia the front desk clerk was great. Good service

Do not stay here!!! Very bad neighborhood. Rooms are dirty, bathrooms are filthy with no towels!!! We had reservations here and did not stay because we didn't feel safe here!!! Stay away from this place!!!!

Upon arriving, I found I was in the worst area. The room was so dirty. The service was so terrible! I don't recommend this location at all!

I hated this hotel. The neighborhood was scary, the rooms were nasty, the sheets had gross stains all over them, the ac didn't work, and they were doing construction of some sort in the room next to us all night. We couldn't sleep because of all the banging! We complained but they didn't seem to care. Will never go back!

Total nightmare. Reserved room for five nights (hotel lost reservation)--quickly left after one. Bathroom toilet used (and very full) prior to our arrival. When flushed, toliet overflowed and soaked carpet. Hotel staff unresponsive and recommended using room towels to soak up sewage. Horrible experience--needed tetanus shot upon checkout. Complained to manager who had a hard time understanding English--to no avail. Will never return.
