The 119-room Days Inn Orlando Downtown is two miles from downtown Orlando and provides budget priced accommodation equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. Items included with the room rate are a continental breakfast, high-speed Internet access, a copy of USA Today and parking. The motel is 12 miles from the Walt Disney World parks. Other area landmarks and attractions include numerous golf courses, Sea World, the Wet 'n Wild water park, Universal Studios, the Islands of Adventure amusement park, the Orange County Convention Center, the Florida Citrus Bowl, Amway Arena, home of the Orlando Magic basketball team and shopping at the Prime Outlet Shopping Mall, Fashion Square Mall and the Florida Mall.

Sadly it is difficult to find anyone who has anything good to say about this Days Inn. Those who stayed here for a night said they would not return. The housekeeping is criticized by many and even the low rates were not lower enough. The only plus point is the location downtown – but that is not enough to rate a YES rating. The rooms come with a choice or two double beds or one king size bed. Amenities include a work desk with Internet access, television with cable news and movie channels, in-room safe, refrigerator, AM/FM clock radio and a hairdryer. Rollaway beds are available at a cost of $10 per day. Iron and ironing boards are available upon request.
