It was a great value. It's nothing fancy but the room was nice, breakfast was yummy, and we were still within 20 minutes from the attractions. The location was nice and quiet. Staff was friendly. I'm not sure we'll stay that far from attractions again but we couldn't beat the quality we got for the price we paid.

I liked that the hotel was located in a business area. It meant very quiet evenings and plenty of parking.

The quiet mentioned above has it's drawbacks, we were a good 15 -20 minutes away from the attractions we visited.

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. No breakfast is included by there is an on-site restaurant. They have complimentary popcorn, coffee, and tea in the lobby.

The front desk manager was very accommodating in getting us a double room.

We were unable to get a non-smoking room.

The 112-room Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland is located close to Interstate 4 making it an easy drive to downtown Orlando and close to numerous area corporations. The four-story, non-smoking hotel operates a free shuttle service to and from local businesses and restaurants within a three-mile radius. Other items included in the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper, parking, local telephone calls and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There is one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 45 guests. There are five golf courses within a short drive of the property. The area attractions include Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and the entertainment area of Church Street Station in downtown Orlando.

Sadly, this hotel does not rate as one of the best Courtyards. Many former clients say several of the employees were not the swiftest they have encountered. Plus points were the free shuttle to local offices which business clients appreciated and the heated outdoor pool which families enjoyed. The hotel gets a YES rating because of its reasonable rates and renovated accommodation. Hopefully some of the folk who work here will read this and speed up and cheer up.
