Items included with the room rate at this eight-story hotel are a free shuttle to neighboring amusement parks, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and parking. Children get a free full breakfast if they are accompanied by a paying adult. The property is close to Universal Studios, Sea World, the Wet ‘n Wild water park and Islands of Adventure. Other attractions and landmarks include the Orlando Convention Center, Walt Disney World, downtown Orlando, Gatorland, the Florida Citrus Bowl, Amway Arena, home of the Orlando Magic basketball team and shopping at Mall at Millennia, Beltz Factory Outlet World and Fashion Square Mall.

This was the Clarion Hotel Universal. It got great reviews then from families who stayed here. It continues to impress guests with its wide range of facilities, reasonable rates and a cheerful team of employees who are very child-friendly. The location is good, you can walk to the Wet ‘n Wild Waterpark, and Walt Disney World is a 15-minute drive. All the rooms have high-speed Internet access, telephone with voicemail, television with cable news and movie channels, and Super Nintendo games, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities and a hairdryer.
