The hotel was nice. But it was dated. Hallways need to be re-modeled. Rooms and bathrooms need to be up dated.

Location. Ease of getting in and out to main road.

This hotel is older, you can tell, but the staff tries to make it very inviting. I was a bit worried when we walked down hallways, older worn carpeting, but was pleased when we went in the room. It was clean and cozy.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We had 1 drink at the bar, I thought is was very over price.

The hotel is ideally located across from Wet N Wild. The lobby is clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are clean and there is free WIFI through out the hotel. They even have a computer in the room for you to access the internet. This property is an excellent value. The staff members are very accommodating and friendly.

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodated our needs.

I just wish the pool and hot tubs would stay open later.

This was the Clarion Hotel Universal. It got great reviews then from families who stayed here. It continues to impress guests with its wide range of facilities, reasonable rates and a cheerful team of employees who are very child-friendly. The location is good, you can walk to the Wet n Wild Waterpark, and Walt Disney World is a 15-minute drive. Many families say they will use this hotel for future vacations in Central Florida and recommend the property to others.
