My wife and I stayed here for three days while we toured the Orlando attractions. It was a budget motel and although only 7 years old, it showed its age. Hall carpets were dirty. Room was OK but a bit sparce (sheets were thin) and the room seemed dark (carpet a dark green). The hotel is basically a place to sleep ... nothing more. However, Orlando is filled with new hotels (hundreds of them). Search around for a new hotel only 1 - 3 years old, and it will be more cheerful. Many are also inexpensive.

WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE IN OUR ROOM. IT SMELT CLEAN AS WELL AS THE WHOLE MOTEL., I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL AND WOULD STAY AGAIN. THEIR CLEANING SERVICE DOES AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB!! I AM PRETTY PARTICULAR SO THAT IS SAYING A LOT. THEY PRICE WAS GOOD TOO FOR BEING SO CLOSE TO ATTRACTIONS. A+++++ FOR BEST WESTERN UNIVERSAL INN.

Great Location, walking distance to Universal, great amenities.. the staff was exceptionally nice. Clean rooms... parking was an issue but it was free.

This is a great spot for an overnight or two. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast and complimentary shuttle to Universal Orlando.

This hotel is right outside of Universal. Very clean and staff was friendly. Excellent value for the money. Would stay again.

This hotel was very clean and all of the staff were helpful. Everyone was pleasant and polite. The carpet was recently replaced. This hotel was within a 15 minute walk to entrance of Universal Studios. I would stay here again. It had everything a person needs for a "budget vacation." It was very clean, inexpensive, safe, great location, free breakfast, and nice staff!

The staff are great and the hotel is clean. The atm machine was empty but there was a bank nearby. I would stay here again!

This hotel says its Located at the entrance to Universal Orlando, within minutes of Walt Disney World. This hotel is 15 to 30 minutes away when you are walking. The service was good but the hotels location was not a good location. Its nice if your just staying for a business but not if your going to orlando studios, think of somewhere else that is closer.

Hotel is in a great location for any trips to Universal area attractions. The Hotel was in need of new carpet and I'm happy to report they were replacing it as we were leaving. Orlando Ale house, Carraba's, Burger King, and Walgreen's are all within walking distance. The staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly and called a cab for us to Citywalk which was only a $7 ride for 2 people. Not the nicest Best Western I have visited (In need of the new carpet and paint) but the overall experience was positive.

Great location, pretty clean, but no real amenities. The outdoor pool is the size of a kiddie pool and is unheated, so even in mid-May, no one could go swimming. Some safety concerns too. Also, only the front desk clerk speaks english, so good luck in geting extra towels from the maid. Had to change rooms twice because of broken a/c units.Would stay again only if absolutely necessary. Lots of other hotels nearby at similar rates. Also, they book a lot of class trips, so kids running rampant in the halls.

I had a very enjoyable stay here. The price was great, the location was good, the room was clean and everyone was helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
