Elevator was pretty scary. Hotel inside could use an update. Ty Pennington could use a phone call. This Holiday Inn experience was better than the one we had in Columbus ohio. Take some notes from Marriott Resorts.

We were assigned to a room that was already occupied. Although, the manager was nice enough to assigned me to another room to my liking. And also provided 2 coupons $10 each for the breakfast. I was pleased and satisfied of how the manager handled the situation. Overall, the location was convenient to the entire major nearest theme parks, shopping centers and restaurants.

We liked the breakfast buffet.

No ice bucket available in the room.

For the price you can't complain. Everything you need is in walking distance such as restaurants, pharmacy, gift shopping, etc.

Open air hallways.

Ice machine broken on every other floor.

Families from around the world return to this Holiday Inn for their annual vacation. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The on-site dining is good and reasonably priced and kids eat free. Many say the free shuttle to nearby attractions is good and those with cars say this property has easy access to the Interstate. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the cheerful crew of employees has lots of helpful information on the wide variety of Orlando attractions.
