This hotel is very good for my family. However One thing is problem. This hotel has to differentiate the non-smoking room from the smoking room for reservation. My family wanted to stay in non-smoking room and already confirmed my reservation of Non-smoking room,1 week ago. But I had to stay in smoking room 1 night so we could not fall a sleep deeply. And then next day I could get a Non-smoking room by thank full help of the manager of hotel.
This hotel is very good for my family.
This hotel has to differentiate the non-smoking room from the smoking room for reservation.

Thanks to the nice staff and clean room, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel except the wall was thin. I had to ask the boy who was loud in the hall way to be quiet. It was 11:30 at night so I blame that on his parents. Location is great. Staff is really helpful and friendly. We would stay there again for sure. Thank you.

Disney fans who stayed at this hotel said it was in a great location near Downtown Disney and close to shops and restaurants. Many said the rates were reasonable and the accommodation was spacious, very clean and well equipped. Some clients had delays at check in. Despite this the majority of clients said they would recommend this property to others and planned to stay here again on future visits to the Orlando area.
