It was the nicest hotel i have ever stayed in. I went there to baby sit my bosses kids and there was lots to do with them there. And the veiw was so breath taking, It was overwhelming looking out the window and being able to see the rollorcoaster from sea world and then lots of green from the golf course. I loved it so much I want it to be the location of my wedding!

At check in, the women at the desk could not have been more rude and short. Once we got our room, we received 3 prank phone calls between 1:00am and 3:00am. We called the front desk and they also couldn't be bothered. They could not check where the calls were coming from within the hotel. I was very disappointed in the staff here. I am a travel agent and was not impressed.

Spent 10 days at the Rosen; part pleasure visting the Parks and business, attending a convention. Ourtstanding staff, convenient 24 deli and great resturants. Older Hotel but stills has class and services of a more newer facilitity. Will return

Room was very dirty - gum stuck on the phone receiver; candy wrappers found under bed, very loud party on same floor with a fight that broke out at 2am - security never responded - hotel mgmt did nothing to help with any problems. Pool outdated. Horrible views!

Had wedding reception and rehearsal dinner there and family all stayed for weekend. Fabulous! Great rooms, wonderful service, beautiful pool, good selection of reasonable restaurants. All around wonderful place.

Rooms are clean; however, bathrooms need remodeling. Staff is great and very helpful. Restaurant dinner was great, pricey, but the service and food was worth it.

A very nice hotel and so close to the convention center. If I parked at the convention center, I would have had to walk farther! The room was very nice, clean & comfortable. Great customer service. I usually stay at the Peabody, but couldn't get a room, this was a great second choice!

We travel to Orlando almost every Christmas season. We've stayed at other hotels (outside of Disney) and will gladly return to the Rosen Centre every year. It has a luxury look but very personal service. The breakfast buffet is excellent (better than its sister hotel, the Rosen Plaza), the deli is open 24/7, it is centrally located and the room cleaning has been faultless. The bartender remembered what we drank 2 yrs after our last visit! Only problem is that too many conventions, weddings, etc. overcrowd the hotel, but that only tells you how popular it is!

If all you look for in a hotel is rooms, this is not the place to go. On the other hand, the lobby and pool area were beautiful. Their new reatraunt Everglades is great.

We had a great time here -everything was good - except guests could be heard late at night in the corridors - It woke us up at 2am.

Everything was very good about this hotel except for fact you could hear all the doors closing and people in the next room very clearly.
