The hotel was in a great location. It was very comfortable and clean. I was very pleased.
The bed spreads were the most comfortable I've ever had in any hotel I've ever stayed in.
No self parking and it's 9 dollars a day to park there for guests and 3 dollars for visitors. It seems like it should be the other way around.

Great location with many amenities to offer from a sports bar, fine dining, and a new exercise room. Again you cannot get much closer to the Orlando Magic Arena. The Motel is also located fairly close to lake Eola which is circled with a walking/jogging track.
If your looking to go to an Orlando Magic game you can't get much closer.
No shuttle service to airport.

Surprised by the extra charge for forced valet parking at 15 dollars a day, never mentioned up front. Shocked into submission on arrival, no choice. Changes your view of all that follows to be frank, the room was just ok, nice that one could open the windows. It is an older hotel but clean, and quiet, pool was nice and the deck area. Good location but heavy traffic each night as a basketball venue is across the street great location for downtown Orlando which was lively at night and dead during the day - great park within walking distance - great hotel for walking as the car was trapped ok experience overall.
Nice lobby, public area, good fitness and pool and 2nd floor deck.
Parking situation was uncomfortable.

All the guestrooms, and nine suites, have a large work desk with high-speed Internet access, dual line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone, cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, minibar, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and bathrobes.

The hotel’s Livingston Street Café is open for breakfast and lunch and the Spectators Sports Lounge is open for lunch and dinner. Room service is available from 6am until 11pm and the front desk has a list of restaurants that will deliver to the hotel. The hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool and an updated fitness center. Safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk. Some say this is a marvelous Marriott others term it marginal. Plus factors are comfortable beds, good accommodations and a great crew of friendly and efficient employees. Minus items are the location, which is not considered the best part of downtown and several clients reported damage to their vehicle in the parking lot. Those who enjoyed their stay, especially speedy and good room service, said they would be back. Those with scratches on their cars will look elsewhere.
