We just spent 10 nights at the Villas. On first inspection, (we arrived at 2 a.m.) our villa didn't look too bad, but in the light of day it was a different matter. The Villa was filthy, and our second evening we had a visit from a cockroach! We tried to work with the housekeeping people in this building, but finally had to see management. The staff at the Villas are all extremely polite, and the grounds are really lovely. However, with the housekeeping problems we encountered, I would never consider returning.

We have stayed here twice. The first time we had a nice new villa. The second time we had to go thru 2 rooms and the manager before we got to a room that smelled moldy. We will not be staying again. We unplugged the phone so we didn't have to be bothered about the timeshare sales. Like I want to buy a timeshare after the bad service I had, no thanks!

Disclaimer #1, my family does not golf, and #2, we went at a very busy time of the year. We just got back and were pretty disappointed. The housekeeping staff must be overworked, as it took a full 24 hours to get a set of 4 bath towels! A lamp didn't work in our room - took 48 hours to fix. Pools are amazing & clean & they have wonderful kids activities. Exercise room is acceptable. Golf facility looks amazing! However, we expected more from a hotel of this class. Oh, and they'll bug you incessantly about timeshares.

I have stayed at this property four different times now and absolutely love it. All four times were for work, so I did not get to enjoy the property from a vacationer's perspective, which I'm sure would be amazing. However, the one-bedroom suite (with kitchen, jacuzzi, etc.) is an awesome upgrade for a business trip. There is a washer/dryer in each room as well. Makes a week on the road for business a pleasure!

If you make it known at the front desk upon check in that you are NOT interested in the tme share purchase, they will not call you.

THIS RESORT IS WONDERFUL, GREAT SERVICE, BEAUTIFUL VILLAS ,AWESOME VIEWS FROM PRIVATE BALCONY, THE POOLS ,LAKE, WATER FOUNTAINS.THE VACATION WAS AN EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!

Had 3 bedroom villa for family of 10. Clean, roomy, location near SeaWorld. Kitchen, w/d nice to have. Got a good price on internet.
