It's Tropical, It's Beautiful, It's Friendly - this is the place to stay, and I will always come back to Cypress Harbour. True Marriott Excellent Service at check in, activities, store, bar - Kids loved the sports courts, pools, boats, arts and crafts. Mom loved the screened porch, hot tub in room and under the stars, and condo convenience (full kitchen, washer dryer, 2 baths.) Dad loved the golf, the location, and the 3 TV's, no fighting over the remote! Compare the price and amenities, and this property can't be beat. This is truly a wonderful resort!

The mattresses were saggy and filthy, the window curtains had bugs in them, the chairs in the family room area were worn and needed a good cleaning. The first night we arrived there were clumps of hair in the bathroom that weren't ours. The door to the unit was covered with dirt and bug smatters. The tap water reeked of a sewage smell. The shower was covered with mold and clearly wasn't cleaned very well. The towels are thin and worn.

The Condo is beautiful with 3 pools, tons of stuff for kids. But if you fly in, there are no charter buses to get you anywhere and no resturant (it has a bar)
