Beautiful lobby, rooms are clean and well designed. Much better than the onsight Disney hotels we have stayed in the past. Staff is excellent outside of the concierge service. Don't ask them for info! The food and bar prices are also high, but it is a Hyatt! The pool and amenities are outstanding! Wonderful for kids above preschool age. The transportation provided by Hyatt we found to be below many Orlando hotel standards. We ended up driving to the parks. However, we enjoyed to hotel very much and would stay here again on out next stay.

The Hyatt is a great world class resort. The rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. The staff friendly and helpful. The pool was almost like a water park with several water slides, hot tubs hid away in grottos, and several heated outdoor pools. The landscaping was outstanding. Activities included pitch and putt, canoes, bike rentals, and fitness room. It was an outstanding vacation. Close to all the theme parks. This is a must see!

super friendly staff, beautiful, very clean, huge, and has features no other hotel has. Tame birds sit all raound in the trees and landscaping. The hotel has streams that run through the lobby. Easy in and out for folks who are driving. This place is a true resort!

I love the classic Hyatt design, the big interior lobby with the glass elevators. This is a very nice property, clean, well-staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people. My stay was quick so I did not get to see the entire property. The view from the 18th floor towards Orlando was fabulous, what a sunrise! The only complaint is that the bed was too firm for my taste.

The property was lovely. The service was outstanding, the housekeeping awful! The night of arrival we found a glass shard on the bath floor. Day 2 after housekeeping we fund a large ball of unknown hair on the bath floor and burnt matches on the carpet. We felt unclean in the room.

We had a great time enjoying the hotel. Service was good too.The pool is open 24 hrs. We can see fireworks in our balcony and we enjoyed biking,paddle boat and canoeing. The garden was gorgeous! The only complaint I had was the shower flooded. It was room. Plumbing needs improvement bad.

We were shocked at the end of our stay by the resort fee charged to us. $13.00 a day. We were not informed of that ahead of time. Should have been. My only real complaint.

We loved this very beautiful hotel. The kids had a great time in the pool and enjoyed all of the available activities. Our only complaint with this hotel is the room was small and the beds were not very comfortable. We would definitely return to this hotel.

We just spent our second weekend at the Grand Cypress and obsolutely loved it. The outdoor amenities are fabulous. Nowhere can you find all this at a resort in Orlando. It is superior by far to any place else we've stayed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the bar/food facility outside is way too small to take care of the amount of people at the pool. And skip Hemingways restaurant, overpriced and not worth the money. Other than that, I can't wait to return!

This hotel is has an array of activites for all ages. From the two pools, to the lake, horseback riding, and 3 golf courses, there is no need to leave the hotel. Exellent service,good food and exquisitely kept grounds make this my Orlando cacation home.

The rooms were standard but not resort quality. I was most bothered by the $13 mandatory resort fee that is charged daily regardless of how you use the facilities. That charge should be included in the rate and not hidden. There are no restaurants within walking distance so without a car you?re pretty much stuck eating at the resort. If you're traveling solely for Disney World I suggest staying at a Disney resort because there are Disney bonuses (extended park hours) for Disney Resort Guests. The best feature of this hotel is the gigantic 24 hour pool.

This hotel was the best out of all the places I've stayed in. The service was excellent.The activities for the kids are endless.I personally enjoyed the hotel grounds. The landscape was beautiful. My family enjoyed bicycle riding and paddle boat riding. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I give this hotel 5 stars.

I stayed for one night and wished I stayed for more nights. We had Sunday brunch in La Coquina which was an experience. The food was first rate , the setting was classy. That means $$$$. The only drawback was the $13 resort fee at checkout. I did not expect that since I had prepaid for my room.
