The layout of the room was fine, but it wasn't that clean. It smelled moldy. The front desk staff had no quarters for the on-site laundry and told us to go across the street (a busy 4-lane major street) to get change. One of the dryers did not work. We would not recommend this place to anyone. Other Comfort Inns and Suites we have recently stayed in have been great.

Checked in after mishap with another reservation at 10:30. I think they saw us coming - Paid $* for a normally $* room. (Found out after) Room was musty, extremely dirty. Ended up in a handicap room - socks got dirty walking on carpet, bathroom floor was almost muddy. We were so tired, assumed sheets were clean and just slept and left in morning. Fabric on chair in room was so nasty we wouldn't even put anything on it. Seems simple - just clean the place!

Looks are deceiving. Our room did not have a microwave and refrigerator even though they are advertised as such, no fitted sheets on the bed, only one light in the room worked, the remote control for the tv worked when it some time, the rails on the banisters are not secure, the ice machine didn't work, and the toilet didn't flush. Don't bother complaining because as I found out no one will come to your rescue.

Do not stay here. This hotel is way overdue for renovations. The rooms and especially bathrooms have an old musty smell that smells like urine. We asked for another room and the new room was smelled the same. One of the bed linens were not changed and smelled. We checked out the very next day, spoke with the manager about the many shortcomings, who refunded our money. Any price that this hotel offers is not worth the inconveniences and old smelly rooms.

You can't beat it. The room was great and the location was even better. The in room movies and nearby delivery restaurants make it easy to have a night inside. The absolute best place i have stayed for the price.

The staff, exterior & lobby are very nice. But the rooms smelled (moldy). Could not change rooms. we saw and killed alot of roaches that were climbing around. The pool was green with gunk on the sides of it (I would not use) This is NOT worth the money. Will not stay there again. Bad Experience :(

I was a little sceptical, but boy was I floored! Awesome room (clean with a comfy bed), nice pool and public facilities, great conntinental breakfast. Location is wonderful. All in all a great bargain at any price, but especially for the price I paid!

6 in our family, 2 Rooms 1. Great Price 2. Very close to Universal Studios Theme Parks 3. Great Service, Excellent Employees, Fine Rooms and Free Breakfast too. 4. We'll be back!

For the rate I got for a king size no smoking room, I was expecting an old hotel with 70s decor. I was totally surprised! The pictures they put on the web of this hotel doesn't do it justice. Very clean, modern, great customer service people for checking in and check out. Nice comfy bed, everything was above and beyond what I expected. Bathroom was the size of another room, and super clean! Great hotel location too! Just dont try their webtv service, it doesnt work good and it's an extra $10.

Fantastic experience, especially for the money. Free shuttle to parks if you sign up in advance. Breakfast was fantastic, nice selection of fruit, breads, cereals, baked goods, juice, and yummy waffles! Great shower, free wifi. Flipper's pizza place walking distance down Universal Blvd has great specialty pizzas, next to a sushi place. Employees very nice, helpful, friendly. Pay per view movies pricey, but good selection of other TV/HBO. Would definitely return if I end up back in Orlando anytime soon!

Arrived to find king bed not available, only twin beds. Pre-paid extra for King bed and could not get it or the extra paid back.

Their king sized pillow top bed was the most comfortable bed I've been in! And the shower has wonderful water pressure! The price was right too!

This hotel was terrific. My husband and I were visiting Sea World and the location was great! Universal Studios and Wet N Wild were also very close. Stores, restaurants, and other entertainment locations (like a movie theater) were within 5 minutes. The rooms are a little older, but the showers were very hot and had great water pressure, a big plus for us! The Customer Service at the front desk was more than we could ask for. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was mediocre- in need of some updates, but appeared clean enough at first and provided the basics which is really all we expeced for the price. A big plus for us was the option of ordering in-room movies, something inexpensive to do at the end of a long day. In the morning however, after the strong deodorizer had started to wear off a distinct moldy, sour odor was noticeable. Worse than that, my husband saw a huge cockroach, bringing unpleasant visions of what was going on while we were sleeping. Yuck!

Even with the good reviews I didn't expect a hotel this nice for the price we paid. The rooms had a small refrigerator and microwave oven and you can't beat the location if you are visiting Universal Studios. The free continental breakfast was an added bonus.

our trip to orlando became more exciting and time saving when we sw our hotel booked in the heart of the tourist attractions.we had fun seeing disney,universal studios etc...besides a good location the hotel had good facilities,like good room service,complementry breakfast, inside grocery shop,atm etcc...we realyy enjoyed our stay and that to at good prices

Room was clean, no musty smell, had small refridgerator and microwave! Only downfall was tub was clogged, but i only stayed for one night. Nice pool, good selection continental breakfast. Will stay here again for price !!!!!

This hotel needs new linens, towels and pillows bad. Barely slept for 3 days. Very uncomfortable.

After staying in another budget hotel, I was prepared for more of the same - what a treat! Rooms clean and modern, comfy bed, nice pool, attentive staff. Slight problem with slow/clogged drain in bathroom, but otherwise great. Thumbs up - I'll definitely stay here again!

Expectations were low but rooms were clean and front desk were very helpful most of the time. Plenty of choice on breakfast menu.Far enough away to not be disturbed by people around the pool late at night. Shuttle service was A1. Would go again.

Although we reserved based on price, we soon found that this hotel was more than a cheap alternative. Excellent service, clean rooms, nice pool area, great breakfast wafles and free shuttles to major theme parks! It exceeded our expectations.

For the price, this hotel was excellent. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was awesome and our rooms were clean and nice. Very pleased--would stay here again.

Although well priced the overall service leaves room for improvment.We stayed for a week and found the attention to detail, things like ensuring enough breakfast is provided at all times. Sadly lacking also this is not a hotel for familys to many noisy and late night partying teenages. and an english speaking receptionist is allways helpful.

We stayed for 4 nights. The first night was quiet, but after that there was plenty of noise. The room was clean, but showing signs of wear. Housekeeping could've done a better job. They didn't vac. or restock supplies consistently. How many more are they willing to take to save time?The beds were clean, but the pillows flat. The table and chairs were wobbly, and the dresser broken. The next time I'm in Orlando I'll be looking for a better place to stay.
