Basic clean room with a great staff. Shuttle service to airport prior to 4:30am is almost non-existent. Bathroom shower dripped all night that prevented me from sleeping well (even with the door closed)

We stayed at this hotel for one night, since we had to catch an early flight the next day. The staff was extremely pleasant. The breakfast was free and extensive. I would defintely stay here again.

I had booked a couple of overnite stays in Orlando at the Fairfield Inn because I was going on a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas with a group of people as well as myself my mother and two sisters. We had arrived on August 31St was greeted very well by the shuttle driver once I got to the hotel,again was greeted very well! The next day we got up had breakfast and turned in our keys received another shuttle back to the airport to begin our cruise after the voyage was over we returned to the airport call for a shuttle returned to the same hotel and was questioned of my stay was not paid for, this was embarrassment without belief this vacation was paid for in advance to say the lease and then some I had paid for this hotel. I had called on August 1St the payment was taken out of my account on August 15th I had made sure everything was taken care of but I felt that my word wasn't enough I presented my paper work that I had print off the computer that it was paid for, the clerk barely looked at it without anymore embarrassment my sister gave her credit card to ease the tension and to stop the nonsense, but I asked to speak to the manager but she was running late over an hour late the clerk said. I told her I will be back I would pull the information off the computer to show it being withdrawn from my account. She then gave us our keys and we entered in the hotel and to our rooms. An hour and a half past and we went down to the lobby and I went to the computer and pulled up my bank information to prove to them that it was paid and printed it off for them. The manager finally came out and the clerk was trying to explain to her but not correctly because she didn't show her the paperwork that I had shown her of booking the hotel and that I didn't have any trouble whatsoever when I had stayed Aug.31st before our cruise, but now after our cruise all this is happening I had proof and no one was investigating anything.
