Our first time to ever stay at an Embassy Suite. Very enjoyable and plenty of room. Breakfast was excellent. Evening refreshments were good also. Thanks a bunch!

We always try to stay at this hotel because we can count on a nice clean room and friendly staff. Since we have a toddler, the suit works out perfectly. Plus, the free breakfast is a real bonus! We will be back!!!
How not so sweet in Embassy Suites - posted on 04/07/2007
My daughter and I had the worst experience at this Embassy Suites. When we arrived during the evening our room smelled like mildew. I asked for another room and they said they were fully booked. They said they would put an Ionizer in the room to get the smell out; however that was never done. I then spoke with the manager and she said would put us in a newer room. The manager said that the rooms smell like mildew because of the recent hurricanes, and they haven't replaced the carpets. They moved us to another room, but the mildew smell was still there. I would not stay here again.

We live 1 hr away but visit Orlando regularly. Embassy is great because for the price of admission you get free a full breakfast and a free happy hour at night. Its loc. is central to many things and at night you can walk I Drive from here. Two things I like, the beds are comfortable and the shower is fine. Pools are adequate. If you are planning to just sit by the pool, try Vistana villages or Marriot world center. Great pools. Be sure to visit Sleuth's Mystery Theater(just up the road), best dinner show in town. Outlet stores and a huge mall are just up the road.

we went because it is one of a few hotels with an indoor pool, the service was beyond expectation, my son was ill during check in and they brought popcorn and movies to our room... our 4th 4star hotel during our trip and best by far. highly recommend for families

I was so surprised at the conveince of this hotel to the area. The staff was more than helpful, everything was clean. You can't beat the price for the location and ammenities. Would recommend highly, and I am going again. Indoor pool could use some work, but there is an excellent outdoor pool. Dont expect a hotel of gold, when the price is silver. Great Place for family. Rooms are very spacious.

Nice hotel but could tell it is an older one. The staff was friendly and courteous. There was a problem with the alarm going off and there was no communication to let us know what was happening. No announcements or staff to escort out of building at the time. No one knew if it was safe to return to rooms or not. Other than that and a bit over priced it was a very pleasant stay.

My family and I stood here for 4 days. The breakfast was good; however the rooms were a differnt story. the rooms have a musty smell almost like it rained indoors. The room we stood in the smelled like old cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. the room also felt very muggy and damp. I say spend a couple more bucks and stay somewhere else and go out for breakfast in the long run you'll be glad you did.

I love the entire Embassy Suites chain - I like the free Happy Hour (Managers Reception) with Beer, wine and mixed drinks and the made to order breakfasts. This hote is great. Everyone smiles at you and seems happy with their jobs. Location is great. Rooms are clean. Outside pool is small and lacks any view and parking can fill up. But overall - my family loves this hotel.

Overall O.K. I stayed during a business conference held at the hotel. Rooms smelled musty. My non-smoking room smelled like a poker party just broke up.The indoor pool area was unclean with cobwebs in several areas. No emergency phone. Sauna was out of service. Service was exceptional - especially the front desk and bellmen. Each morning hotel leaves a voicemail soliciting you to stay again with their "great" package - very annoying.
