Excellent help and service at the front desk.Everything was clean.The personnel cleaning the rooms were nice.The overall staff was great.This is a high class hotel.I am going back to Orlando in November and I am going to stay here.Thank you staff for the nice attitude and helpfulness.

I would return to this hotel, it offered everything I needed. The only downfall was I accidentally selected a smoking room and when I arrived asked to be moved to a non smoking room and the only thing they could offer me was a handicap room. I will be more careful next time when booking my room.

We were disappointed. We have been coming to this hotel for years and never had this happen. Men would be at the bar waiting for you to run to the bathroom so they could take your drink or just drink out of it while you were gone. Also too many hoodlums running around.

We left this hotel as soon as we checked into our room. Pool is tiny-not many chairs or swimming space. Our room's walls were scraped up & dirty, cooling system is in living room with a vent to the bedroom, so bedroom doesn't cool well. Website advertises "free high speed internet" but beware - that's only WIRELESS internet access-doesn't work if you need a hard wired connection. Staff was helpful in making reservation elsewhere. Other Embassy Suites on I-Drive looks newer. Do your homework & choose a newer suite hotel or spend a few $ more per night elsewhere.

We went in August when rates were cheap and the hotel was not full. Great location. You can walk to many places. The free shuttle to Universal takes a while going there because you stop at a few different hotels. On the way back though, you are the first drop off. We had a car and hardly ever used it. We weren't in the room too much. The furnishings could use a facelift, but overall not bad, especially for $ a night with breakfast included for a family of 6!
