We checked in late, around 10:30n pm. They had a plumbing problem and it required shutting off the water in 1/2 hr. They did not tell us this, however. We went to our room for a long-awaited shower and could not take one. Since we got in at 11:00 and had to get up at 3:00 we had to travel the entire day without bathing. We had spent the day at SeaWorld and were very hot and uncomfortable. The bad part was the indifference of the staff. We understand problems.We did not understand their indifference. The girl on duty was indifferent to my complaint. No compensation to us was offered, not even an I'm sorry.This was was Courtyard by Marriiot, Orlando Airport, July 17.

The hotel was located just a short drive from the airport and close to a number of restaurants. The room was clean, but the staff could have been a bit more helpful and friendly.

Limited parking, I had to park at a nearby restaurant.

The 137-room Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Airport provides quality accommodation for both the business and leisure traveler and is one mile from Orlandos International Airport. The pet-friendly property operates a courtesy shuttle to the airport. Other items included in the room rate are high-speed Internet access, parking, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, passes to the nearby World Gym and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The three-story, non-smoking hotel has two meetings rooms and a conference suite for social or business functions. The property is within easy driving distance of Disney World and the many other Orlando theme parks. It is a short drive to downtown Orlando and several golf courses.

All the guestrooms, and 12 suites, have a well-lit work desk with ergonomic chair, high-speed Internet access, cable television with movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, VCR player, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and telephone with voicemail and speakerphone. The suites have the added benefit of a refrigerator with icemaker.

The quiet location, outdoor heated pool and an efficient and friendly crew of employees, were some of the reasons that visitors enjoyed their stay at this Courtyard. Many guests said The Market, open 24/7 for snacks and beverages, was a welcome sight after a long flight. There were good comments about the free airport shuttle and the attractive park and fly rates. Not in the best location if you come to Orlando to visit Mickey Mouse but ideal if you have to take an early morning flight.
