With five adults and two children staying in one room, I thought we were in for trouble, but the spacious rooms and great service made our trip a success. The variety of food at the continental breakfast was a very welcome surprise. My daughter lost a shoe and it was returned through lost and found that same day. Smiles from all the staff was a great touch. I would definatly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast very good lots of selections we are picky eaters. Rooms were comfortable. The tip we left was always gone but new towels and toilet paper were not replaced in the bathroom daily we had to fetch our own. We chose to not have maid service the last 2 days because we had to get our own stuff anyway. The front desk didn't answer the phone when we called to have these items sent up to us. We would stay here again. Our complaints are small irritants and we resolved our own problems quite easily. Close to all major parks.

We did not expect--or pay for-- luxury accommodations, but a clean bathtub would have been nice. Wallpaper peeling away, jet-engine-like A/C unit and hearing every breath taken in room above us added up to big disappointment. Spent minimum time in the room and it still maxed out our "ick-meter". Breakfast buffet is great if you don't mind climbing over 200 people for a bagel. Keep looking... you can do better than this.

We stayed for the weekend. The problems we encountered were that a staff member provided us with incorrect directions that took us about 25 minutes in the opposite direction (I suggest mapquesting the hotel) and when we arrived that had given away the room that we requested. They corrected the situation as best as they could. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was far better than I had expected it to be. The pools were stellar and the bar serves affordable drinks and food. The beds were VERY comfortable. Overall I recommend this hotel for its price, location and comfort.
Give it a Chance - posted on 01/01/2006
We have stayed here for the past 7 years during spring break and have been well pleased. Our intent is to have a good time in the parks and pool(which is great)and sleep and shower in our room. For the price I challenge you to find a better hotel with a better location for reaching ALL the parks without even having to go on the interstate. Give it a chance.

The rooms could have been a little nicer but the overall hotel was pretty good. The pool area is a lot of fun with the "tiki" theme. Kids will enjoy that! Off the main strip so nice and quiet but still close to everything. Would stay again

Hotel was acceptable for the money spent. The pool was nice. The staff at the poolside bar were very friendly. The smell in the room was pretty bad, even for a smoking room. Very flexible about check in times when rooms available.

On arrival, our room was DISGUSTING. There were dirty socks from the previous guest under the desk. I straight pin was on the bed where my child was laying. AND they did nothing to compensate me because I was not staying another night! Sleep in your car!
