I travel to Winter Park 4 or 5 times a year for family matters.This is the best value I've found yet. On one side of the hotel is a great value Italian restaurant, on the other side, a good (for inland) seafood restaurant. Can't beat that for convenience.

I stayed here last year when i came to orlando, and i thought it was nice then so i came back. i shouldn't have. the pool/hottub were discusting, a few of the employees were rude to me, and my room needed to be vacuumed and definately needed new wallpaper. it used to be a lot nicer, i wouldnt stay here again.

I stayed for 4 nights. The first night we asked for additional pillows, no one ever came to our room. Housekeeping never came to our room on day 2, it took 2 calls to the front desk to get towels. There was an awful odor outside of the hotel. The halls smelled like smoke alot.

1) There were very tiny ants crawling up the wall near the headboard and noticed them also on the table in my room. 2) Small toilet seats just bothered me too much! 3) High Speed Internet not working all the time! Other than that this hotel is value for your money.

I was surprised that a hotel this nice is this cheap. Nice rooms. Excellent service, particularly by the maintenance man. The pool was great as was the spa.
