Items included with the room rate at this five-story, non-smoking hotel are a full hot breakfast buffet, a managers reception on Wednesday evenings, wireless Internet access throughout the hotel, local telephone calls, a copy of USA Today and parking. Travelers to this area of Jacksonville said this Best Western offers good value. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the employees make a great effort to provide efficient and friendly service. Many clients were pleasantly surprised with the elaborate complimentary breakfast. There some minor gripes that this was an older hotel but despite this many guests said they would stay here again on future visits to North Florida and had no problem recommending the property to others.
