Travelers who selected this hotel for their stay in Jacksonville area were very impressed with the warm welcome they received and the help they got from a team of cheerful and efficient employees. Many guests said the rates were reasonable and the breakfast was better than they had expected. There were some complaints that there was a need for the new Marriott beds, which may have arrived by now.
