The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were good especially the complimentary business center with free high speed internet.

The complimentary business center was convenient.

The lack of adequate waffle batter during the continental breakfast both days.

The 83-room Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Northwest-Oldsmar is close to the Tampa Bay Downs Horse Tracks and provides quality affordable accommodation for both the business and pleasure traveler. Items included with the room-rate at this non-smoking hotel are wireless Internet access throughout the property, in-room tea and coffee, local telephone calls, a copy of USA Today and parking. There are four meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 180 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include the Gulf Coast beaches, several golf courses, the Ed Radice Sports Complex, the Tampa Bay Skating Academy, the Oldsmar Flea Market, live entertainment at Ruth Eckerd Hall and the ferry to Caladesi Island, rated at the number one beach in the U.S. by coastal geologist Dr. Stephen Leatherman.

This is a quiet and comfortable hotel and the rates are lower than many guests expected. This Hilton Garden Inn is in a good location within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. The caring and helpful team of employees goes out of its way to insure everyone has an enjoyable stay. Most first-time visitors say they will stay here on future visits to the Tampa area have no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
