Everything was excellent. Surpassed my expectations.

I was very surprised in the quality of the hotel and its amenities. I would and have recommended third resort to my friends.

One of the few things I didn't like about the resort is that the outside tiki bars hours where to short.

The check in went smoothly. They had someone help us with our luggage and when we got to the room it was wonderful. The sheets where very clean and the King size bed was very comfortable. The view of the ocean was gorgeous and it was also very peaceful at night. I recommend it and I plan on going back.

The room was very clean and the gulf view room is great.

There aren't too many television channels to choose from, and the elevators are very slow.

The 125-room Doubletree Beach Resort Tama Bay/North Redington Beach is midway between the beaches of St. Petersburg and Clearwater and provides quality accommodation equally suited to the upmarket business or pleasure traveler. Items included with the room rate at this six-story hotel are wireless Internet access, local telephone calls, a copy of USA Today, in-room tea and coffee and parking. There are five meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 150 guests. The property is 23 miles from Tampa International Airport. Area landmarks and attractions include several golf courses, the Hard Rock Casino, the Florida State Fairgrounds, the Ybor City historical and entertainment districts, the Tampa Art Museum, the Florida Aquarium, the Lowry Park Zoo, Busch Gardens and Desoto National Park.

Families who came to this area of Tampa for a vacation say this Doubletree was delightful. The location on the beach was wonderful, the rooms with private balconies were well equipped and there was fine service from a team of cheerful employees. Couples said it was a great place for a weekend getaway. Many guests said they could not wait to return to this resort and had no problem in recommending the property to fellow travelers.
