The four-story, non-smoking property is within walking distance of world class shopping on 5th Avenue, Third Street and the Bayfront shops. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet with the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The inn has one meeting room for social or business functions that can accommodate 50 guests. The property is close to Naples Pier and beaches. Other area attractions include Marco Island, the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford winter estates and the Philharmonic Center for the Arts.

This is one of those hotels that has undergone several name changes throughout the years. Since it became a Fairfield, it always got great reviews for clean, comfortable accommodation, great employees who are efficient and friendly and reasonable prices. Sadly, recent guests report the prices have gone up and the attention to details has gone down. Hopefully management will read this and get this Fairfield back as one of the best economically priced inns in the area. Read our customer reviews?

All the guestrooms have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, in-room safe, dual-line telephone with speakerphone and voicemail, coffee and tea making facilities, cable television with 90 channels, VCR player, pullout sofa bed, iron and ironing board, alarm clock and a hairdryer. The 13 suites have the added benefits of a refrigerator and microwave oven.

This inn has an outdoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool and fitness center. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but there are several places to eat nearby including a Perkins Family Restaurant, an Olive Garden and the Waterfront Café. The 24-hour front desk has a list of restaurants that will deliver to the hotel, safe deposit boxes and information on Naples events and attractions. Other amenities include a coin-operated laundry, full service business center, vending machines, valet dry-cleaning and a picnic area with barbecue grill.
