The 132 all-suites Residence Inn by Marriott Naples caters to extended stay vacationers and business travelers and is located one mile from the Gulf of Mexico beaches and a 10-minute drive Naples Airport. The pet-friendly hotel operates a free shuttle service to the beach and to the airport. Other items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, evening socials Mondays through Wednesdays with a light meal, beer and wine, high-speed Internet access, parking and local telephone calls. The property has one meeting for social or business functions that can accommodate 50 guests. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is close to the Everglades National Park, Naples Fishing Pier, several golf, art museums and North Collier Regional Park. The Waterside Shops and Venetian Village are within walking distance of the property.

Words of advice from former guests: If you do not want to be disturbed by guests coming and going, get a room away from the lobby on the main floor. The one and two-bedrooms suites have separate living and sleeping areas. The kitchen has a refrigerator with icemaker, conventional and microwave oven, dishwasher, stove, toaster, silverware and crockery. Other features are a fireplace, work desk with high-speed Internet access, dual-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone, cable television with news and movie channels, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.

This inn has an outdoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool, exercise room and a sports court. The complimentary breakfast and mid-week light dinners are the only meals served here. The inn does offer a grocery shopping service and there are several places to eat nearby including Carrabba's Italian Grill, Alexander’s and an Outback Steakhouse. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and there is a concierge desk with information on area attractions and events. From Naples Airport (APF) 4 miles: Exit Airport left on North Road. Turn left onto Airport-Pulling Road and go approximately two miles to Golden Gate Parkway and turn left. Follow Golden Gate Parkway to US 41 and turn right. The hotel is two miles north on the left hand side.
