The Residence Inn Marriott - SW Miramar is an exceptional hotel. I like the amenities here better than the Courtyard Marriott, which used to be my favorite hotel. Now, The Residence Inn is my all time favorite. I will recommend it to all of my family and friends. Every room has a full kitchen for cooking which can save you money on a lengthy stay. The tall ceiling made the room seem more open and the windows open for some fresh air if needed. Exceptional!

The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was exceptional.

The sign on the outside of the hotel was not lit up, so I had a little problem finding the hotel in the night.

The hotel was fine I would stay again and recommend it to a friend. The room cleaning was unfortunately late in the day for all three days we stayed.

Clean and comfortable with a nice location.

The room service was too late in the day. rooms should be cleaned before 2pm.

The pet-friendly Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale Miramar is the newest hotel in Miramar and comprises 130 suites designed for the extended stay business or leisure traveler. Each of the suites at this five-story, non-smoking hotel has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate sleeping and living area. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, a managers reception on Monday through Thursday evenings, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 38 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include numerous golf courses, the Atlantic Coast beaches, the Miami Dolphins Stadium, Gulfstream Park, the Royal Caribbean Miramar Campus, South Beach Miami and shopping at Aventura Mall and the Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall.

This hotel is a winner with many guests. It was ideal for the businessman wanting to visit clients in South Florida and couples said it wad the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Many liked the modern suites with granite tops in the bathrooms and the location, not far from the beaches, and close to numerous shopping opportunities. The employees were complemented for being efficient and friendly and the rates were reasonable if you took advantage of all the freebies.
