First time to Miami area and we thought this hotel might be too far out of town, but it was not. Its location in Miramar right off the Interstate was perfect- close to restaurants and perfectly between Ft Lauderdale and Miami. We really enjoyed the 100% smoke-free facility. Well kept, clean, friendly staff. Excellently-sized rooms.

Hotel is perfect for business and leisure travel. Facitlities are spotless, employees were friendly and helpful, pool and restaurant facilities onsite were excellent and many offsite choices also.

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast availability was great.

The 124-room Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Miramar located between the cities of Fort Lauderdale and Miami and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the leisure and business travelers. Items included with the room rate at this five-story, non-smoking hotel are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are three meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 40 guests. Area landmarks and attractions numerous golf courses, the Atlantic coast beaches, Dolphins Stadium, the Swap Shop and Circus the entertainment districts of South Beach Miami or Las Olas Boulevard, Gulfstream Park, Parrott Jungle Island and shopping at the nearby Shops at Pembroke Gardens or Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall.

Visitors to South Florida who selected this Courtyard were not disappointed. The location, near the Florida Turnpike and the expressways made it easy to get to Miami to the south and Palm Beach County to the north. Several clients said the cheerful team of employees was very well trained and had lots of helpful information about the area. The accommodation was clean, modern and comfortable. There were some minor gripes about the need for additional soundproofing between some rooms. Despite this most travelers said they would stay here again and had no problem recommending the property to others.
