Rooms very clean, staff very friendly and competant. The "full breakfast" is a little misleading because the "eggs" are little petite round FLAT pieces of Something. We went to a Denny's instead. Other than that, a good stay..

Some of the same ammenities of more expensive hotels for less money. Staff friendly and helpful. My frequent guest number was not on my reservation, and now I am having to do the legwork to fix it. The rooms need better lighting. But good location, clean, quiet.

This is a new hotel and a wonderful place to stay. It is very clean. The personnel are friendly and very, very helpful. They Continental Breakfast has a wide variety of foods to choose from. It is very near the airport and only about 20 minutes from the port. You can get to it easily from I-95, if driving, by taking the Dolphin Expressway. We definitely recommend it!

We noticed the noise from overhead jets the first night, but not subsequently. Everyone on staff was very lovely. The big surprise came after we had checked out. We discovered that the cabbie was charging MUCH more than the going rate. He returned us to the hotel. The manager not only apologized (!) , but also drove us all to the cruise ship herself on a sunny Sunday when she no doubt had much better things to do. I spend many nights each year in hotels on business, and I have never experienced a staff as wonderful as this and a manager so committed to service excellence.
