Friendly staff, clean room, but the breakfast buffet was a disaster. Not enough staff, broken toasters, ran out of food, dirty. Shuttle was always unavailable. Not a great vacation hotel, ok for business. Overall, I think the hotel is overpriced.

Clean, conveniently located. Complimentary breakfast, high speed Internet and USA Today big pluses. Security lacking. One security guard spent most of his time on the phone or watching TV. The other one we saw actually patrolled the parking lot and paid attention. Main entrance never locked at 11 pm like the sign said. Front desk not watching who's coming in late either. Great to have mini kitchen. Need to keep the kids out of the business center, they were on the Internet day and night so it was not available to someone with real business.

For a business traveler, this hotel has clean, affordable rooms & is conveniently located in the city. There was exterior remodeling being done but the interior was finished and very nice. The price is fair, free parking and the staff was friendly & helpful. I would recommend this hotel - especially for business travelers.

the hotel was fantastic. The rooms are big, the hotel is new, the breakfast was good. Everything was nice. I surely recommend this hotel.

A great deal for Miami. Away from the "action" but no problem with a car. Staff was good, breakfast was filling (except for the awful scrambled eggs) and pool was heated. Definitely would come back.

Convenient, safe, and quiet location near to airport. Large, well equipt room with nice view of lake. Best free breakfast buffee I've experienced. Away frombusy area but easy commute. In Miami I'd return to this hotel.

Stayed her over the weekend and it's beautiful. Super nice and clean. Huge Rooms and GREAT breakfest buffet.

breakfast although free as part of the room rate was a pain as there was no room to sit for a family of 3- we had to stand and wait for ages for all 3 times we stayed with amerisuites at blue lagoon and Plantation. No tray availablae to take to room to eat instead- gave up on one occasion.! rooms are not true suites as not seperated by a door to the bedroom however thay are very clean and comfortable.
