I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to stay more than one night in one place. It has excellent mini suites and a great breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful in getting us a cheaper price on the taxi to the port and also helping us locate a dentist for an emergency dental problem.

The helpful service and great breakfast.

Location. We needed to be nearer to the Port of Miami.

The pet-friendly Staybridge Suites Miami-Doral caters to the leisure and business traveler requiring more space and the benefit of a separate living and sleeping area. The nine-story property has 96 suites and is located in the center of Doral, Miami's fastest growing commercial, government and residential community. The hotel is minutes from Miami International Airport and 10 miles from downtown Miami. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet every morning and on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings there is a two-hour sundowner reception with beer, wine, soft drinks and appetizers.

The suites have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher, two-burner top stove, refrigerator and coffee maker. There is a choice of two double beds or one king size bed. Other amenities include a work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, 25-inch television with cable channels and a VCR, telephones with two phone lines and a direct dial phone number to the room, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.

The friendly and helpful staff was much appreciated by those who have stayed here. Families who used this hotel as a base for touring the area said it was better to be here at weekends. The roads were less crowded and the hotel was quieter. Tip from earlier clients: Hit the breakfast buffer before 9am if you want to enjoy all the items that are available.
