It is just a lovely hotel! Very upscale amenities and service. Breakfast was expensive, but very worthwhile! Lovely sunny room with perfect service! Example: our waitress thought things were taking too long (and we weren't concerned) but she brought us an amazing fruit platter to hold us over! This is a wonderfully managed hotel!

Service staff was like that of a 5 star resort from the moment you arrive until the moment you depart.

A bit removed from pre-cruise activities.

Located only miles from both downtown and the Grove, this is a wonderful hotel for both business travelers and vacationers. In addition, Miami Beach is just a short fifteen minute ride away. If you love modern, luxurious hotels put this one on your list.

The beds in this hotel are some of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. The service is outstanding, as well. If you are hungry try the bar downstairs. The food is wonderful. The room service food and service is also outstanding. Avoid the buffet, if possible, as it is a little pricey and not that impressive and make your spa service reservations at some of the other local spas if you have a last minute impulse.
