THE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN AND THE PEOPLE ARE TYPICAL FOR MIAMI, MEANING VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. THANKS FOR A GREAT WAY TO START OUR CRUISE.

THE HOTEL WAS MARVELOUS!!! THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. THE RESTURANT NAMED TONY CHANGS SERVED GREAT TASTY FOOD. I LOVED THE HOT TUBS. I WILL STAY THERE WHENEVER I VISIT MIAMI. THE ONLY THING NEGATIVE I WOULD SAY IS THAT THEY SHOULD CONSIDER FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE AIRPORT SINCE THEIR ARE THE DOUBLETREE,,,,

We stayed here night before our cruise. Coffee shop had a great breakfast price, but bad service the day we were there and a long line waiting to get in. So we went next door and paid more to have a leisurely and good breakfast. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff efficient. It is located a short cab ride away from Lincoln Road area--where ngiht life is in full swing. We would stay there again. We paid more than small town, midwest prices we experience around home, It was worth it.

The bellhop was so nice and when we checked in we rec'd fresh, hot cookies...for all of us. The beds were soooo comfy.

The Hotel has gone from being a dump to OUTSTANDING. Will definitely stay there again!!!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. This hotel was beautiful, clean and looked very upscale, especially for the good room rate that we received when we booked it. We were pleased with the room, it was large, comfortable and clean. The beds were great!. There are many choices of dining in the buidling, so that if you get the summer thunderstorms, you do not have to feel confined. This hotel was great for my family and I would stay there again any time.

We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise. We were very pleased with the room, "very large and very clean". The beds were also very comfortable. We had a spectacular view of the bay and the Port of Miami. We were also pleased with the price, it was the only hotel to not charge us an "extra person charge". For supper we stayed in the hotel and had a very good supper in the Bar/Dining Room. The staff, especially the greeter at the door were very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. We would definately stay there again on our next trip to Miami.
