the people were friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and neat. the hotel is very close to South Beach. i would stay there again and again.

The view of the bay and marina were very beautiful. Sun rise in the morning wow.

$24.00 per day to park your car is a bit high.

The assistance manager at the front desk did not know the location of a venue I needed to go to, but the concierge did.

I thought this hotel was very nice. I was impressed right away when I walked in. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our view wasn't considered a "Bay View", but we were still able to see a decent amount of the Bay. I still thought we had a wonderful view. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. Could be back there soon!

The 580-room Marriott Biscayne Bay Hotel and Marina provides full-service hotel facilities for both families on vacation and the business traveler. The 31-story, non-smoking property is located in the center of Miamis arts and entertainment district and is just minutes away from the Port of Miami. The hotel has two concierge level and 21 meeting rooms for social or business functions. The largest can accommodate 1,350 guests. The nearby Carnival Center for the Performing Arts features opera, jazz and symphony performances. Other attractions within a short drive include several golf courses, South Beach, Dolphin Stadium, Parrot Jungle and Miami Seaquarium.

All the guestrooms, and 21 suites, have views over Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami and come with a refrigerator and minibar. It is the location with views of Biscayne Bay and downtown that appeals to many clients of this hotel. Sadly, there are a lot of visitors who say the property is need of updating and refurbishing. The fixtures and fittings maybe a little tired and dated but the employees are not. They get great reviews for being attentive, friendly and helping out-of-towners enjoy the best that Miami has to offer.
