The 366-room Marriott Hotel - Miami Airport is a mile of the airport and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the family traveler and business executive. The nine-story, non-smoking property has 15 meeting rooms for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 500 guests. The full-service hotel is within easy driving distance of the University of Miami and the Miami Beach Convention Center. Other landmarks and attractions include the championships golf courses at the Doral Country Club, downtown Miami, numerous shopping centers, the Miami Metro Zoo, Parrot Jungle, Coral Gables, the Orange Bowl and the Atlantic Ocean beaches.

No rave reviews for this Marriott. According to many former visitors, the plus factors are the convenience, close to the airport, reasonable rates and a crew of efficient and helpful employees. Tip from those who have stayed here. The pool here is shared with other Marriott properties, a Courtyard and a Fairfield Inn. The Marriott Hotel charges $13 for Internet access. The others make no charge. To save this mighty fee, walk across the pool area to the Courtyard lobby where you will get wireless access free. But do not tell them we sent you! All the guestrooms, and three suites, have a well-lit work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and IDD telephone with voicemail.
