Service and Security were very rude, rooms, though they were large, were very outdated. was reminded at least 4 times a day when our checkouts were making me feel not wanted at all. and very few people there spoke english.

The one good thing i would say is the rooms are large, but they desperately need to update the rooms/appliances. Also it wasn't a huge deal to me, but they could've done better than a 13" tv. i would say for * a night i've stayed in better places. Service was bad in the sense that i never got my pool towels, possibly because very few people spoke english and i was reminded at least 12 times that check out was at noon, making me feel like they didn't want me to be there.

Great view from room and was a nice stay. Was an easy trip to the Orange Bowl once we learned how the transportation system worked. Not enough restaurants nearby though.
