Enjoyed location of hotel. Noise was not as much of a problem, however, I was there during easter vacation. Found valet parking and room service to be quite expensive. Would stay again at said hotel.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the cruise port AND because it had a 4 star rating. The food and service in the sports bar-very good. Our room was a huge disappointment. It smelled like "air freshened" mold and was very damp. Bed was comfortable but damp feeling. The air vent was dirty. The shower tiles were covered in mildew stains. NOT deserving of a 4 star rating. Lobby area damp and dirty. I do not recommend this place.

It's not fair to blame the Hyatt, but Miami is under siege in the construction department. We thought it would be nice to overlook the drawbridge and river, so requested that side. Big mistake. Workers pounding away all over downtown from 6AM to 9PM. Drawbridge horns going off constantly. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom dingy. Broken tiles, moldy caulk, broken lav sink. Flight check in computer a plus! Pool nice. Drawback to 4 star? Everything costs extra and you start to resent it. But overall a decent stay.

The valet servise was great, though pricey( $23/ day). The rooms were perfect, comfortable and clean. Pool was nice. balcony had nice view, city side quiet. good water pressure :)

I stayed at the Hyatt because it was hosted the Miami marathon. The staff at the hotel proved horrible hosts. I, and several other runners, waited hours for our rooms. We were stuck in an overcrowded and noisy lobby, and had to stand in line to re-check with the desk. Very poor!

I've stayed here 4 different weeks in 4 different rooms while on business in Miami. The rooms were all musty and too warm. The carpet was old. The beds were moderately comfortable. I'd never pay over $100/night to stay here. There are plenty of better places to stay.

Got to the hotel with a reservation for 5 people. Told us that they could not provide us with a roll away bed in our room due to fire codes. had to give us a suite for $30.00 extra. Took them a long time to move us. Was not told of the flight path of airplanes.

This hotel is nice, but it's not that nice for the amount they charge. It's basic (small shower, small room etc.) The room is clean, however. Parking is way to high 12.00 a day if it's validated; 16.00 otherwise. The lot attendants had an attitude and they kept changing their story about the price of parking on saturdays and sundays. I stayed there in order to see Alicia Keys in concert at the James Knight Center(which is connected to the hotel) so it is good place to stay if you are going to see an event there. It is about 20 minutes away from south beach so plan accordingly.

Spent a weekend in Miami to see Dolphins game on Monday night. Lost my reservations. Double billed my room. Could not charge room service to room account. Was charged $16.00 a day to park. Front desk spoke poor english. Had to resubmit my credit card at the front desk at 3:00a.m so girlfriend could watch pay per view. Room was tiny. Bathroom was small.
