It fulfilled my objectives, I really do not have any complaints, except the front office should be more customer trained.I think that there should be shuttles to the Dolphin mall, and other nearby attractions.

The experience from lack of shuttle bus service to lack of customer service at the front desk left me with a poor view of the hotel. The in-room wireless internet service was very low in reception. breakfast variety was good.

I got into another Fairfield Inn shuttle bus at the airport after over one hour 20 minutes of waiting for the Fairfield Doral Bus. Breakfast was fine, the exercise room had good equipment in it, and the internet facilites were indeed available. For the price, it is okay, but I would stay at another hotel whose shuttle bus service did not keep you waiting...even the front desk staff did not have an explanation once I arrived.

Shuttle services to/fro airport and pier - excellent prices. Service and Breakfast were great, I am impressed. Slightly cramped room, ok for overnight.

We were traveling in from out of the country with our nearly 2-year-old daughter. This was a great location for us to wind down before our early morning flight home.

We stayed the night before our cruise and it was more than adequate. Had free shuttle from airport to hotel and for a small cost had shuttle to port of Miami. Rooms were clean and well decorated and had a good breakfast in the morning!

Rooms are a bit tight but very clean. Breakfast was great. The renovations are very appealing and staff was very helpful and courteous. Great place to stay for short business trips.

great hotel for overnight if you are cruising the next day-continental breakfast is great and rooms were clean and beds wer comfy. got in late so did not see much of hotel-they are renovating so should be really nice when fininshed. free airport shuttle and 12.00 to port of miami which is a great deal
