Courtyard Miami Airport West in Miami Florida

The actual facility is actually quite nice, as is a very good breakfast. But my stay was quite marred by an apparent dupping of the night staff by a non-guest at 5AM who tried to get into my room a couple of times. Also, the desk staff was often hard to reach; I rang the phone several times without answer check-in night when I called from the airport and when I got to the room. At check out the desk was unattended and I had to wait several minutes, wondering if I'd miss the airport shuttle. This could be a nice place.
