i travel a lot and usually the dining in hotel is not always a good experience but at this time...the Bice Restaurant it was like being in Italy...fantastic. staff are professional and with italian charme...

I love the decor of this place. It's right on the beach. Parking is $$$$. Also, some of the rooms were like matchboxes. The pictures of the rooms are misleading. And unfortunately some staff acted indifferent towards people of color.

Reserved an Ocean Front Room and was upgraded to a corner suite with kitchen, livingroom, 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. Room was clean. Staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was the best it could be. $25/day valet fee and $16/day resort fee is unavoidable, but was worth it.

This hotel was a delight. The photos don't do it justice, it's beautiful. The best part though is the beach, the view is fantastic and the free beach cabanas top it off. The staff was real helpful about finding public parking so that you wouldn't have to pay valet. Would defiently come back.
