The hotel was in a great location and I couldn't do better for the price paid. But the hotel was noisy well into the night from the do and loud music playing in the lobby. Also, not great for a business traveler as there was no internet access and no desk or chair in the room.

The hotel was okay. It was a surprise stay for the person I was with and I could tell they didn't think it was all that spectacular. The hallways were very old and smelled of musk, the rooms were nothing spectacular. The best part of the room was the bathroom but it didn't even have a tub.

The staff in the hotel was friendly.

The hotel was old and not what I expected. Not technologically advanced at all, not what I expect from a 3 star hotel.

Great hotel in the heart of South Beach, near entertainment, shops, and beach. Greatly priced for the conveniences offered.

The hotel is conveniently located in Miami Beach, near stores, night entertainment.

The hotel does not have parking lot. The wireless internet access never worked.

The Hotel Chelsea, an art deco masterpiece, lends itself to beautiful views of the South Beach Miami. The location puts you within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean beach, Ocean Drive, Miami Beach Convention Center, Port of Miami, Key Biscayne and nightclubs. Lincoln Road Pedestrian Mall, Miami Beach Golf Club, Bal Harbor Shops and Miami Sea Aquarium are minutes away from the hotel. Airport shuttle, periodicals and drinks in evening are complimentary. Uniguest airline system to book / confirm / change flights and print boarding passes; restaurant; and valet parking are a big plus.
