The Royal Palm was in a good location, and the staff was polite. The price of the hotel is way overpriced. The rooms are small, and it took too long for the maid service to clean the rooms. I would not recommend anyone to stat at the Royal Palm

The overall politeness of the staff was excellent.

They did hot have the room I requested, and for the money I spent it did not meet my expectations.

Overall, a good experience. Most of the floor staff seem to ignore your presence as a guests. Check-in was slow. Not a great way to start the stay.

The view form my room. City and beach, spectacular!

Greeting at check in. Lots of staff in lobby but no one opens the main doors for you.

The room was ok, but less than I expected. The location is great, but the pool area was rather small. I did not appreciate the and the $49.00 valet parking fee (parking in s. Miami beach very difficult and the hotel took advantage of the situation).

The pet-friendly Royal Palm Hotel is a 409-room beachfront property in the heart of South Beach and provides top quality accommodation for the vacationer and the business traveler. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, in-room tea and coffee and a morning newspaper. There are six meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 300 guests. The property is one block from Ocean Drive, two blocks from Lincoln Mall Road, and walking distance to the Miami Beach Convention Center and the Jackie Gleason Theatre. Other area are landmarks and attractions include the South Beach nightclubs, restaurants and boutiques, downtown Miami, numerous golf courses, the Miami Seaquarium, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and the Pro Player Stadium which is the home of the Miami Dolphins football team.

This was the Crowne Plaza Royal Palm Hotel in Miami Beach until it parted company with Holiday Inn Hotels and stood alone. The property does get some negative reviews about poor housekeeping. However we give the hotel the YES rating thanks mainly thanks to its fine team of employees and great location on Collins Avenue. Many guests enjoyed relaxing with chairs and umbrellas on the beach while others preferred to spend time poolside. There were some minor moans that prices were high. Despite this many clients said they will return herre on future visits to south Florida.
